01
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Please be advised that all cancellations will result in one night's stay. Our standard cancellation fees apply to all reservations, regardless of whether they are international or domestic bookings. We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to existing bookings. To cancel or modify your reservation, check on your confirmation email or please contact us by phone or email. If you call and we are unable to answer, please leave a message so we can confirm your attempt to reach us within the required 72-hour notice period. This is necessary for us to validate your request.

Example: For a booking on July 5th, notice must be provided by midnight on July 1st to qualify for a refund or date change.

Short Notice: Cancellations made 48-72 hours of arrival will incur a one-night penalty fee. No refunds are typically issued for cancellations within 48 hours.

During Canada's wildfire season, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect. If you experience respiratory issues and are unable to travel due to wildfire smoke, but the park remains open and operational, you are still required to provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellation. If there is an official non-essential travel advisory, a road closure on Highway 16 or an evacuation order in our area, we will reassess and adjust our cancellation policy accordingly.
